Like Time Spent in an Hour Glass


....is how 2011 came and went! I won't dwell on the coulda, shoulda, woulda's but will simply pick up my journey again... Stormy is sponsoring the Spring Chick Challenge--go check out all the details! The Challenge will go from January 2nd thru March 19th. I'm excited to jumpstart my efforts to a healthier, happier me. Here's my summary:

NSV: Fit into my jeans with no sides spillage and muffin top. They are ALL new pairs--I had refused to go up to the next size and bought smaller ones! LOL

EXERCISE: The FIRM Express Series (12 week program); Pilates, Yoga DVD's; Taking stairs at work; Daily 10/15 minutes walk breaks at work.

NUTRITION: Clean eating, no fastfood, preparing meals, staying within daily calorie range.
Starting Weight: 321
Total Challenge Weight Loss: 22 pounds
